Chethan Chavan is great! I didn't feel pressured and the was given a lot of space to think on my own. We had little to no negotiation which some might see as good and others bad. I felt fine with it. The gentleman (whose name I have misplaced) in the finance office was very helpful and friendly as well, and was spectacular at add-on sales. It was about as painless a new car buying experience as I have ever had, and I left feeling like I had neither stolen the car or been fleeced by the bottom line, but that a fair deal had been made. More
