I was contacted immediately after an online inquiry, and that level of attention and service continued throughout my purchase of a new 2011 RAV4 and the trade in of my 2002 RAV4. All concerns and questions that level of attention and service continued throughout my purchase of a new 2011 RAV4 and the trade in of my 2002 RAV4. All concerns and questions were thoroughly explained, and Chavan even went the extra distance, personally transferring my kayak racks from my old car to my new one! The gentleman (whose name I have misplaced) in the finance office was very helpful and friendly as well, and was spectacular at add-on sales. It was about as painless a new car buying experience as I have ever had, and I left feeling like I had neither stolen the car or been fleeced by the bottom line, but that a fair deal had been made.
