Additionally I recently returned from nearly a decade overseas and so having a knowledgeable sales associate and ability to work details by phone were paramount. Chetan fit the bill completely. He was patient and focused on our requirements throughout the purchasing experience. Because I was overseas we completed application and payment arrangements over the telephone. Chetan worked our details in a first class manner. And after taking delivery of the vehicle when our permanent plates / registration did not arrive on time and with the temporary plates due to expire, he personally delivered the permanent plates and registration. From reception on the first day we went to look at a vehicle, to delivery and afterwords he was top notch. Will return to Arlington Toyota for future Toyota purchases. More

My local Toyota dealer is 5 minutes away, but their asking price indicated they saw "Chump" across my forehead. I feel I got a fair price at Koons. They also gave me a fair trade-in value for my old car, sight unseen. I also appreciated the honesty when I received a rebate,as I had paid too much taxes and tag fees. pretty easy going, accomodated to all my requests, price was good no haggling required and price was at the same below other competitors, was a good experience will buy from them again. communication was v was good no haggling required and price was at the same below other competitors, was a good experience will buy from them again. communication was very good and very prompt. the only negative thing I would have to say would be the cost of having parts and accessories added to the truck prior to taking possession, $800 to install daytime running lights is a very excessive, in not gouging, considering it's a $30 part and takes 20 minutes to install, and I'm not a toyota service technician. Chethan Chavan is great! I didn't feel pressured and the was given a lot of space to think on my own. We had little to no negotiation which some might see as good and others bad. I felt fine with it. All concerns and questions were thoroughly explained, and Chavan even went the extra distance, personally transferring my kayak racks from my old car to my new one! The gentleman (whose name I have misplaced) in the finance office was very helpful and friendly as well, and was spectacular at add-on sales. It was about as painless a new car buying experience as I have ever had, and I left feeling like I had neither stolen the car or been fleeced by the bottom line, but that a fair deal had been made. More
