Dealerships are, at least for me are very uncomfortable experiences. This was my first time in Tom Gill Chevrolet in Florence, Ky and I must say their staff immediately make you feel welcome and comfortabl experiences. All the staff I had interacted with were very friendly, helpful people but the shining star during my time there was Cheyenne.
