My car was recently totaled and I was looking around at options. I came to Tom Gill and Cheyenne was amazing and so quick at getting to me and talking me through my options. She was even willing to come in options. I came to Tom Gill and Cheyenne was amazing and so quick at getting to me and talking me through my options. I was looking for a 4wd Chevy 1500. I went to 6 different dealerships. One sold the truck out from under me. The others didn’t have anything I liked I went to Gill in Florence. Cheyanne was assigned to me or what ever you would call it. At the time she said there wasn’t anything there that fit my wants. She said she would contact me if she found anything You know how that goes. Yeah yeah. Sure enough she calls me and sends me info on a truck that should interest me. It was a nice truck. Naturally nothing goes smooth. The truck was stranded in buffalo and couldn’t be delivered for a week. Cheyanne contacted me very often explaining the delay. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and sure enough it finally arrived. She was very honest about everything. I can say I experienced an honest car dealer and an honest army recruiter (that’s another story) Buying a car is the easy part. Service after can be more difficult. So if I can list reasons I bought from Gill Florence is 1) Cheyanne gave some of the best service, more then I expected. She knew a lot about the vehicle and all the buttons and controls 2) Gills service. Oil change for life, car wash etc. pretty good experience if you ask me and thank you very much Cheyanne! More
