VIP license plate process is absolutely broke. Email directs you to wrong place, incorrect open time. Then you have to jump between two buildings to get a simple license plate put on.. I bought a 2018 Tiguan earlier this year. We signed up for the vip program when we bought the car. I tried to use the loaner car service through the vip program but was unable to actually tal We signed up for the vip program when we bought the car. I tried to use the loaner car service through the vip program but was unable to actually talk to somebody who cared enough about it to help me! When I was able to talk to someone supposedly in the vip program all they would tell me was “go to the website and request a loaner car there”. I have not been able to find anything on the website about asking for a loaner car. So far the vip program has not helped me at all. Recently my wife brought the car in to get the windshield replaced and some other damage repaired. The service has been EXTREMELY slow and the service writer is also very difficult to contact. The service writer has been very slow while working with the insurance company to get authorization to do the repairs. So unless things drastically change I will not recommend this dealership to anyone else. More
