My wife and I went there without any appointment and were triaged to Chito. Since he was taking care of other customers, it took time to come to our turn. Although we did not think that we were going to make a deal on that day when we left our home, we purchased Subaru Outback 2.5 Premium at the end of the day with a great level of satisfaction. The only hesitation that I had for making this deal came from the sadness to release our old friend (Subaru), who drove above 145,000 miles with us for more than 10 years. When I finally decided to even consider a purchase, Chito was able to help. He help me narrow down my selection of car that suit my needs and my personality as well. Not only did he help with my selection he also was able to come to a proper deal that suited my price range. As the next few visits allowed me to prepare for the upcoming purchase, Chito made sure all the paperwork and other documents were in order and set for a smooth transition as possible. When I walked into Hudson Subaru, Chito with a friendly and professional manner approached me and my parents. He asked me what I was looking for, what my budget was, and whether I wanted to test drive the car or not. Chito took his time explaining all the features of the car and made sure I was very comfortable. Also, while we were trying to work out the deal, I wanted to check out the car a second time, but the car wasn't there. Chito went and fought for me to get the car back on the lot so I could check the car out again. In the end, I did end up paying a little more than I expected, but I think Chito gave me a great deal.
