My experienece with Chito and the satff has been very positive. As a saleman Chito did not pressure me. The other staff were also positive and attentive (managers, reception and office). I have had an unusual email experience with the service department. First i got emails about a service appointment. I changed the appointment to a better time for my schedule. When i arrived none us really knew why I was there. The workers were great, namely positive and helpful. Later in the week i receieved an email saying that i had missed my appointment?! So the email "gremlin" from service needs some work but the staff were great. More
