My husband and I had checked out another Subaru dealer the day before and we felt we were not getting as good a deal as we should be, so we returned to Hudson Subaru where we had purchased our first Outba the day before and we felt we were not getting as good a deal as we should be, so we returned to Hudson Subaru where we had purchased our first Outback 8 years ago. Everybody was very pleasant and professional. Janitsa, the young lady at reception made quite an impression on me. She is the first person you speak to on the telephone and makes you feel right at home. You don't find that everywhere nowadays. Chito worked with us all the way through and we had plenty of tea and coffee. Frank made us feel right at home while explaining all the business end of things and extras. We would definitely recommend Hudson Subaru. More

Basically, I had purchased a Subaru which I really liked. However, my circumstances changed and I would have preferred to be in a lower-priced lease. So, I spoke about my situation with Chito Encarnacion (Sales) on the phone, set an appointment with him, and came in at the agreed-upon time. When I arrived, he had researched which models would fit my specifications and we discussed a couple of options. In the end, they bought out my car and I got into a new one for over $100 per month less. There were no surpises along the way and everyone was accomodating. Great dealership. More

The experience was great. Chito was very accomodating and friendly, making our visit to Subaru very well time-spent, showing us the models of cars we wanted and finally taking home the car on same day.
