My Silverado with 80K miles had very loud front end noise. Thought it was a tire but the tires are relatively new and rotated with every oil change. So that left a wheel bearing. After making an appointment, which was pushed out because of the chip shortage, they didn't have any loaner vehicles for me for a few days. On my way to the dealer, the water pump blew. Slight grinding sound then stopped because the pump seized and broke the serpentine belt. Antifreeze was all over the inside of the engine compartment. My extended warranty has a $100 deductible. Copeland Chevy replaced the entire water pump assembly (not just the impeller) belt, antifreeze and diagnosed the front wheel bearing was bad and had play in it so they replaced the drivers side left hub assembly. Over $1,500 of parts & labor and my charge, $100. I"m extremely pleased with the service I receive here and that's why I keep returning. I feel a water pump should last more than 3 years/80K miles, but that isn't Copeland's fault. Derek, Chris and all the guys in the service dept are great people and will do everything they can to get you back on track. More

I have a great service experience with Chris with each visit. He is always ready to answer my questions on the timing of service for my Colorado. I called service to set up service for my 2018 equinox for my 2nd free oil change. When I called service I told them I needed an early appointment and had to wait. I did explain that I just got released f for my 2nd free oil change. When I called service I told them I needed an early appointment and had to wait. I did explain that I just got released from Roxbury V.A. The day before and had a early appointment at the Brockton V.A. And needed to be sure I could make my appointment. The service rep set everything up and when I got there I was out as promised. All pleasant staff at the desk, no upsell and delivered as promised again at Copeland. Thanks again S.J.F. More

Service experience I have had both Chris's in the service dept and they are outstanding employees. Chris Machie was the outstanding employer that helped me when I had an I have had both Chris's in the service dept and they are outstanding employees. The people here make it right! Had a flat tire, they fixed the leak, but when I drove at highway speeds I noticed a vibration. Told Copeland and they mentioned that they were having a problem with their wheel balancing machines. After re-balancing the tire, it rides perfect again! More
