He got us the price we wanted and was very attentive and answered all of my questions, calls and emails. He made sure that I had everything I needed and wasn’t too pushy when browsing cars. He made a list of cars in my price range and was open to looking at others I was also interested in. I had my insurance and registration all settled quickly and in the dealership. I definitely recommend Rothrock over other places I went to, who provided rude service and told us they did not negotiate. Rothrock was a nice surprise and I found my dream car, I can’t thank them enough! More

Disappointed 1st time buyer When you buy your first car you expect it to be an experience. And when I say experience I mean a good one. I can’t say my 1st Time buying a car was a When you buy your first car you expect it to be an experience. And when I say experience I mean a good one. I can’t say my 1st Time buying a car was an experience. The salesman I had was very busy, which I’m sure for him is a good thing. I have a 7 month old son who we had to keep occupied from 12pm-4:45pm while all the paperwork was completed. Over 4 hours to buy a car? When I saw other customers in & out quickly. I felt like the salesman knew he didn’t have to work for my sale and I felt overlooked at times. I had to go back to give my down payment and I mentioned my trunk button on my key fab wasn’t working. He went out & checked it himself & said he would talk to someone tomorrow about it because no one was around at the moment to ask. But if I don’t hear from him, in case he forgets to ask, give him a call. I guess now that the sale is complete he really doesn’t need to help me out. More
