Very friendly and accommodating! Was there a week or 2 ago and ended up buying a 2018 subaru forester and am incredibly happy. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Worked with a few of the dealers but ended up closing the deal with Christopher. Truely a bad experience here. Where do I start? Well, the salesman barely wanted to work with me on a price... Then it took 3 weeks after I signed everything to actually get in Where do I start? Well, the salesman barely wanted to work with me on a price... Then it took 3 weeks after I signed everything to actually get in and drive away. Also, I was told I get a manufacturer 100k mile / until the end of the year warranty, but when the day of vehicle pickup came, that all went out the window and changed to a "30-day dealer warranty"... There were several odds and end I found wrong with the vehicle once I got it home and REALLY looked it over. Called the dealer about it and they weren't trying to make it right. And lastly when I went to go to pick up the vehicle, it was supposed to be detailed. Instead, they just quickly washed it to make it somewhat presentable. There was still garbage all inside the vehicle. Overall, not happy with this place. More
