I have done dozens upon dozens of transactions with Sam Park (not this location!) and over 600 overall. I did a phone deal with Johnny Vines (New Car Sales Mgr.) for a close friend from Mississippi and it Park (not this location!) and over 600 overall. I did a phone deal with Johnny Vines (New Car Sales Mgr.) for a close friend from Mississippi and it was a smooth deal until Chris Ballard did the deal paperwork in F&I. The deal over-estimated out of state TT&L by about $800. I phoned him to tell him there was a mistake in the refund because my friend was charged $225 in Doc Fee and then a 2nd undisclosed fee by the 3rd party vendor who did the out of state registration. Their 3rd party fee was $267 plus dealers doc fee of $225. The dealer charged $225 for Doc Fee, subs it out to a 3rd party to do their work and then wants her to pay the subs fee, too. Chris was argumentative, rude and refused to issue the refund. It is illegal to charge any fees no on the buyer's order. I will simply file a small claims suit on her behalf tomorrow and a complaint with the DMV. A good dealer can become a bad one with people breaking the law. More

Pros: Got a great deal and happy with purchase. Made it easy to handle the deal over email/phone so I don't have to come into dealership. Kim was very courteous/friendly and easy to work with. Cons: Kim wasn't the best at replying to texts which I understand some people prefer phone convo as preferred method of communication. Few times I was completely ghosted after sending him a text. Direct phone calls work great for some but I (like most people in this modern age) am the type that prefers email text/email correspondence to help keep track and convenient response. Additionally, while this may have been a simple mistake, the finance team wrote up my contract incorrectly and overcharged me by thousands. It took many phone calls to explain that I am being over charged and they reluctantly fixed it. I'll give them benefit of the doubt that it was a mistake but the fact that I had to speak to 3 different people about how their math was wrong and their reluctance to accept their mistake made me wonder if they were trying to pull a fast one on me. In the end, the only thing matters is if I got a good car at a good price- which I did so I'll give them 4 stars instead of 3. More
