My car was in for service and it took them 8 business days to get it fixed and returned! Not happy and the Asst service manager Chris was not able to provide detailed information nor put a technician on days to get it fixed and returned! I’ve been there 3 times, I asked for the old transmission part when they replaced it so I know that it was replaced, and didn’t get it, was also there for a bad wheel bearing, they said both my axles were br part when they replaced it so I know that it was replaced, and didn’t get it, was also there for a bad wheel bearing, they said both my axles were broke, ?? I drove it there! They rebuilt one cv shaft , broke off a caliper bleeder and said I needed to by a caliper, said I was good to go, same bad wheel bearing making noise on the way home, I replaced the wheel bearing myself, there is more but I don’t care anymore, never going back and will tell everyone to avoid them More
