Poor service on repairing my sunroof on 2017 ford 150. Try to charge me for entire motor and just needed new tracks kit. Once I brought to their attention, then found out warranty didn’t cover it. So took it to Ford in Hickory - where I purchased and they took care of my problem - hassle free. Green ford didn’t even put my sunroof back together correctly. Never will go back to Green Ford. More

Principal, integrity, honesty… Not at Green Ford By far, the worst possible transaction in buying a car I have ever experienced. Bought suv and find out the windshield wiper fluid did not work for the wipers. Took back and they would not stand behind. A very small, simple item to fix and they would not. They wanted me to instead buy the entire warranty to have it fixed. After a good experience, they would not fix?? Its about principle - and now, I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. All about the bottom dollar and not about the customer satisfaction. So much for principal, integrity, honesty. Keep your money drive to High Point and buy from a different dealership. More

I paid to have window motor fixed and tire plugged. They didn’t fix the window and brought my car back with the same flat so I asked what they did with my car for 3 weeks because nothing was fixed and I was didn’t fix the window and brought my car back with the same flat so I asked what they did with my car for 3 weeks because nothing was fixed and I wasn’t happy they told me to take it somewhere else, I said the car has flat how am I supposed to drive they said it’s not their problem!! This was no easy task due to the Ford plant shutdown caused by the Chinese pandemic. I've been treated like family by the folks at Green Ford for 30 years and see no reason to go anywhere else. More
