Chris has the patience of a saint. I must have made 50 trips to the dealership before finally deciding upon which car to buy. He was patient, never pressured me, and when a decision was made, the car was negotiated quickly (over text message.) I picked the vehicle up that afternoon. This dealership deals in high end cars, one of the things that I noticed early is that they are accessible to anyone. The first time I went there I was not driving a sportscar. Quite the opposite really, a daily driver that gets great gas mileage. This didn't matter they treated me as a legitimate customer, which they had no way of knowing. I regularly saw them let children look at, and even get in the vehicles. As a car lover this is really cool. There is a stigma around some of these brands that the dealerships will be stuffy, and uncomfortable to work with. This is not the case with FCI / FCC. They do a fantastic, no nonsense job, with zero sales pressure. A+++ I intend to buy my cars for the foreseeable future from them. More
