Chris Brown was the man up to the task and emailed me a copy of the window sticker ASAP. He found me exactly what I was looking for and at an unbeatable price. When I arrived at the dealership, I just signed on the dotted line. Smooth transaction! Having some options installed and body and paint protection applied the following day, I left my new van in Chris' hands. He was nice enough to drive it to me after the work was done - 40 miles from the dealership. Great service indeed!! More

Getting our Dodge Journey serviced is a treat the people in service are great. the new fast lane is great. Chris Brown is a great sales person. After having terrible experiences with other dealerships, I decided to give Luther a go. I found a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe that was traded in over Presidents weekend. They didn't have pictures posted, but wh I decided to give Luther a go. I found a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe that was traded in over Presidents weekend. They didn't have pictures posted, but when I emailed, Chris Brown got right back to me and was extremely accommodating. I ended up driving out to test drive it and purchased the vehicle. There was an issue with scratches on the bumper and they agreed to paint it for a certain price should I not like the effect of the touch up paint. After I got the vehicle home, I took it to my mechanic and he found one issue that should be addressed and Chris took care of it without question..along with me requesting the bumper be painted instead of the touch up paint. They gave me a loaner while they painted the bumpers. There was also a hole in the tail light that I did not see when I test drove it because it was dark out. I picked up a new tail light (figured it was my mistake for not catching it when I test drove it) and asked if they could install it when they did the paint. I expected to pay at least something for that, but he did not charge me. There was a slight issue with the light install, but they actually came out and fixed it. I would have been fine if they would have just mailed me the part..but they went above and beyond to make it right. I have had no hesitation in recommending them to a friend of mine who is going to be looking for a vehicle and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a used vehicle. I want to personally thank Chris for his great service and honesty. I would definately buy from him again! Toni More
