We needed to replace a Town and country and our employee knew what he wanted, model, color and options. I made one call, Chris followed up with call describing 2 Pacifica's in the system, said he could have them available the following week...perfect. So, 2 phone calls, and 45 minutes at the dealership to do the paper work, write the check, and review options with our employee... Out the door. Thanks Chris !!! More

After purchasing a van that had a sticker price of almost $36,000, I could not b While my overall buying experience was good I have one bone to pick. After purchasing a van that had a sticker price of almost $36,000, I could not believe that only $20 worth of gas was put into the vehicle. Obviously, I can afford to buy the gas, I just thought this appeared very cheap on the Chrysler dealership's part. In comparison: my son-in-law recently purchased a used vehicle, for one of his sons, at a local Lexus delearship. They not only washed, waxed, cleaned the interior, changed the oil but also sent him off the lot with a full tank of gas. More

Being a very educated buyer, I was impressed with Luther Brookdale's pricing. The online advertised price for my RAM was much lower than True Car offerings and the other dealers I had been working with refused to offer the exact same vehicle at that price. They actually said rather rudely if I can get the truck for that price I should buy it, ha. It was a great experience overall. The only demerits I can note are the quality of the detail service provided and the fact that I asked for a full tank of gas before agreeing to purchase and I was only provided a quarter tank. Don't get your vehicle detailed here. They will leave cleaning product all over your trim and in the seams of the exterior features (door handles, etc.). Clearly a rush job. The sales team is top notch however. More
