The only feedback I’d give for Riggs is that he took over the transaction from Christopher and we didn’t know what happened, but he came over and gave us the bottom line without building rapport which then made us feel defensive. The trust wasn’t there because rapport wasn’t there. The negative feelings and the deal almost didn’t happen over pennies, but it was the underlying feelings that made us almost walk away. I also understand he was holding tight because he was trying to get the best deal for the dealership too. I wish the negative feelings were not there and that we could have left with more of a positive feeling overall. I think we would have come to that agreement without Riggs stepping in, but I could be wrong! It was a great learning experience for our daughter and again, she’s loving the freedom of having her new wheels! Thank you all for your patience and understanding as this was a huge purchase for our family! We will recommend Hart Nissan to all of our friends and definitely send all the teenagers we know to deal with Blair, she really was amazing how she established a friendship with our daughter right away and that’s great for business!
