For my first new car buying experience I couldn’t have a better dealership in my opinion that Hart Nissan. From the first communication I received from Chris Brown via email and text I felt good about makin better dealership in my opinion that Hart Nissan. From the first communication I received from Chris Brown via email and text I felt good about making Hart Nissan my first stop and eventually only stop to test drive and view the vehicle (2023 Nissan Rouge SV FWD). Chris is a true professional, who is super informative and listens to the needs of his client. At no time did I feel any pressure from Chris and in fact he made me feel at home. Showing my a number of different Rouge S & SV options, which is the specific model that brought me there in the first place. At no point did I feel like Chris was trying to up sell me on any packages or accessories that I was not interested in or asked about. In fact, Chris & company helped me save some money on the vehicle purchase. I can’t say enough great things about Chris & Hart Nissan to be honest. Definitely will go back when my significant other and I are looking for a second vehicle in the future.
