He was very friendly and welcoming, and sat me down at his office, asked me what I was looking for, what my budget was and gave me a list of 4 cars within my budget. We looked at 2 cars and test drove them, and as I test drove the car he was telling me more about Toyota cars and why they are one of the top selling cars! I fell in love with the Toyota instantly, it was a used car but drives brand new! Mohammad was very patient with me through the whole process. I would also like thank to my finance advisor Chris Calada, he worked very hard to bring my interest rate down, and contacted many banks to see what the lowest Apr that I can get. Recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2013 Toyota Camry SE with a loan. I've struggled in the past to even get someone to want to help (first time purchasing a car, broke college student with no cosigner) and right off the bat the staff reached out via email and phone to work with me and get me the best possible loan from other banks. Within a week of my first inquiry I was driving out in my Camry and without having had dug myself into a deep financial hole. Everyone did all they could to get me the best deal and answered all my questions clearly and explained what everything meant. Service was friendly, staff is very knowledgeable and leave their egos aside! After spending the past 4 months looking for a used car, Toyota Continental made the headache go away. It really could not have been any easier and they were very understanding of the financial restrictions I had, avoiding unnecessary add-ons. More
