I had an extended e-mail conversation with Amanda Woosley since I was interested in a RAV4 Hybrid about six months before the first cars were delivered! Amanda took the time to learn what I was looking for and find the exact car that I wanted. My salesperson was Nick Guerrero. Nick spent lots of time with me showing all of the car features when I went in for a test drive. He did the same when I picked the car up. I worked with Chris in Finance. My wife and I were there with him and we were very impressed with the dealership and with Chuck Gentile and Chris Callada. When it came time for me to buy a new car my wife said I could get anything I wanted. I wanted a Toyota Prius and walked in at 6:00 PM on a Monday. That night we worked with Chuck and test drove several models. The Prius V was nice and spacious and we would have bought that if the seats had been more comfortable. We chose a Sea Glass Pearl 2015 Prius Model 2 that was in stock. Got a rebate and a great deal. Chuck and Chris had me driving out that night in a new Prius. The financing with Chris was better than what I had in my pocket already. Very reasonably priced full extended warranty as well. If you need a new Toyota you can't do better than Continental and Chuck Gentile. I have a Toyota dealer 6 blocks from my house but it was more than worth the drive to Hodgkins to deal with Continental. I had previously bought a Saturn from Continental in 2002 and they keep bringing us back. More

Amanda sent me a quote on Thursday, and I came to the dealership that same day to look at the vehicle. I was introduced to Jessica and she pulled the car so I can look at it. The car was PERFECT for my wife! We then schedule and appointment for Friday to purchase the vehicle. Upon arriving we was greeted by Jessica and everything was there waiting at her desk for my wife and I. We felt like VIPs. Jessica was very, very knowledgeable, professional and had a great attitude. She made my wife feel very at ease with whole process. Jessica is a GEM! Finally to complete the process we worked with Chris to sign off on the purchase.
