Loved my experience I went to Continental with a very specific car in mind--Mostafa Atra was the man to find it for me! He was very patient with all of my questions duri I went to Continental with a very specific car in mind--Mostafa Atra was the man to find it for me! He was very patient with all of my questions during the test drive--he even let me bring the car home to see if my car seats would fit (and this actually made me change my mind on bench seat v. captains chairs). When it came time to talk numbers, I was very pleased with what Mostafa and Joe Miglio were able to offer me--I had a monthly payment in mind, and by swapping a few of the add-ons that were offered, I was able to get a price that seemed fair and more than competitive. Chris Callada helped me with financing, and he made everything simple and had some great (and well priced) offers and add-ons to boot. I am thrilled with my new Highlander, and my mom (who happened to be in town for the test drive) likes it so much that she's thinking of buying one too! I will definitely have her go to Continental and ask for Mostafa. More

We told Dean what her desirable payments were and he was able to meet them with very little negotiation. I too was in the market for buying a new car. This dealer has a large assortment of used vehicles to choose from. I was not going to purchase a Toyota however seeing how stress free it was for my daughter, I decided to buy a car from Dean also. Dean is not your average pushy salesman, he is a genuine guy. I absolutely love my 2014 Corolla and I would recommend anyone interested in buying a car to just avoid all the aggravating sales lines at the other dealers and go straight to Continental and see Dean! More

2014 Toyota Corolla - Above and Beyond Sales Experience Having five years of experience with Continental Toyota sales and service with the purchase of a RAV4 in 2009, I expected a great experience this time Having five years of experience with Continental Toyota sales and service with the purchase of a RAV4 in 2009, I expected a great experience this time around. I was not disappointed, and AL PROCESO and Chris Callada are two major reasons why. I cannot say enough about Al. He listened perfectly, understood exactly, acted professionally, answered tough questions with good humor, and moved mountains to meet my very short time table for delivery. Here's how committed Al is to GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE: He came in on his day off (naturally, he didn't tell me it was his day off - he just did whatever it took to make sure I received what I needed when I needed it), and spent a solid two hours with me taking care of every last detail, including a demo of how easy BlueTooth set up could be with my phone. I got a fair deal and a great car, and Al is the reason. Special mention to Chris Callada, who met me ONE TIME 5 years ago, and yet he made a point to come and greet me during the sales process this time around. Chris is a fantastic asset to Continental Toyota, and he's a great salesman, too. It seems to me rare when you find people like Al and Chris who are obviously great at their jobs AND a pleasure to work with. The service department is top notch, and I have always felt welcome, informed along the way, and treated with the utmost respect during my stay. They bend over backwards to make the experience effortless, including going out of their way to shuttle customers home or to work, rather than having to wait at the dealer for hours. I would have rated price FIVE STARS, except they gave me a low ball value estimate on my trade-in and would not budge. CarMax beat their number by $3,500 versus Continental's estimate that was at least 20% off the mark, and probably more than that. More

Best car purchasing experience ever I don't usually write reviews but I feel my recent experience at Continental Toyota justifies one. I arrived at the dealership after seeing online th I don't usually write reviews but I feel my recent experience at Continental Toyota justifies one. I arrived at the dealership after seeing online that they had a model of BMW that I had been researching for 2 years. I made three visits to the dealership within a week, and each time Michael Hershkovitz treated me exceptionally well and was never pushy or rude. After each visit I told Michael when I would stop by again and he did not harass me with phone calls or bombard me with emails in between visits unlike other salespeople I have dealt with at other dealers. He provided a very stress free experience throughout the whole process. On the third and final visit with my wife, we worked out an excellent price on the vehicle with the Sales Manager Gerry, and Chris Callada was able to secure a great financing rate for us - and we left the dealership extremely pleased and with a "new" used car! Although they are a Toyota dealership, I highly recommend them for used vehicles as well due to their aggressive pricing and relaxing buying experience. More

Dean helped us purchase a pre-owned Sienna. He treated us like we were guests at a ritzy hotel and he was the concierge. Any request we had, he attended to politely and swiftly. My husband wished to review the functions inside the car (he hadn't been there when I test drove it), so Dean brought the vehicle to the well-lit service "garage" area. Unsolicited, he offered to synch my phone with the bluetooth function and showed how I could use it to listen to my itunes; helped us set up favorite radio stations; gave us instructions for setting up the homelink garage function once we were home; and even obtained plastic to cover a seat since one of our children had soaked his pants with a spilled drink. Dean kept the paperwork process moving and ensured the car was presented in pristine condition. He also had the service area take care of a ding on the body. Throughout the process, he was personable and friendly. We were there with all four of our children, so it was great to have such prompt, attentive service. Worth mentioning - a member of the staff invited all of our children to complimentary water and hot chocolate, and the waiting area was spacious and pleasant. A marvelous experience all around. More
