The first one he found was sold, and then he drove to Port Ritchie to drive back exactly the one I wanted. The dealership handled the registration and obtained a permanent license plate - no waiting with a temporary tag! All the staff were wonderful and answered all my questions completely. They also scheduled my first service appointment. They also contacted me after i took the car to ensure I was happy with my purchase and to answer any questions. I really liked the teamwork and helpfulness of the entire staff, from the receptionist to the finance manager. More

It was exactly what I wanted I just need the numbers to work,It took a few tries but we finally came to a meeting of the minds and I walked out of there with a new car! Both Mario Lutchman and Chris Clark were great to work with. They really have answers for every question you have and if they don't they find out for you. Vacation Surprise We went into Parks Ford to look at a Ford Explorer. Since our last name was Parks (but no relation) we thought it might be a lucky place to get a good We went into Parks Ford to look at a Ford Explorer. Since our last name was Parks (but no relation) we thought it might be a lucky place to get a good deal. We wanted a little bigger vehicle with all the new safety features. But the Explorer just wasn't what we wanted. Our sales person Brittany Wright suggested we check out the Hyundai Santa Fe before we left as the Parks Hyundai was right next door. So we did and fell in love. Scott Wright the manager helped us through the process of buying in Florida and financing through our credit union in Texas as we were there on vacation. All went great and Chris Clark explained all the features on the car and away we went on our trip. We couldn't have had any better service or treatment during our purchase. And we absolutely love our car. More
