Nov 18 2014 with Chris Clem Chris fit me in even though Autohaus was very busy, provided a clean loner appropriate for the weather and obviously my car's problem was resolved. M Chris fit me in even though Autohaus was very busy, provided a clean loner appropriate for the weather and obviously my car's problem was resolved. My E90 325i, while older but still my baby, was treated with the same care and respect as the newer models rolling in for service. I really like this place. More

He couldn't have been nicer and had a car ready and waiting for me. I thought my car would be at the service center all day, but he called to tell me it was ready just a few hours later. Chris couldn't have been more efficient! (The only disappointing thing is that I failed to bring my car in on time for warranty service check ups, as I was too busy, and I didn't realize my warranty time expired, thus incurring costs for the service. ) More

Excellent Service I was not only greeted by a service technician, but I was led to an office to be seated comfortably. I was able to visit their complimentary drink st I was not only greeted by a service technician, but I was led to an office to be seated comfortably. I was able to visit their complimentary drink station and grab a tea while my paperwork was being processed. I was given a "loaner" car to use for 24 hours while my car was being serviced. When I returned to get my car, it was washed and returned to me in better shape than when I arrived. I appreciate Chris Clem for his patience and friendliness---every time I have an issue, he takes care of it!! More
