I don't have to sit around and wait for the car or try to figure out a way to get a ride from friends or family. Not only that, my service adviser clearly knows his Beemers. I'm confident I will get the correct service assessment and the correct maintenance completed for my vehicle. The only slightly lower rating I will give is in regards to the price. With a dealership, you are always going to pay more. However, I will say this though. I have been to independent maintenance shops in the past. Nine times out of ten, they end up wasting my time. I may pay a higher price at Autohaus, but I can be confident that they are going to service my vehicle right the first time. More

He is very knowledgeable guy, and makes you feel like he is working for you instead of BMW. This is the type of guy that makes an impact at where he works, and deserves credit for his work. He's so nice and friendly when I arrive for my appointment and always has a loaner car ready for me so I can be on my way to work without any hassles. He's really quick and efficient and I never have to wait long for anything. While my car is being serviced he stays in contact with me to keep me up to date on when it will be ready, if parts are in stock or need to be ordered and how much it will cost. I never have to call him to check up, he's always on top of it. I tell all of my friends with BMWs to go to Autohaus and ask for Chris, he's the best. Thanks Chris! More
