Unexpected Amazing Service When I approached the lot with one of my friends, Chris immediately saw that I was interested in a new car. He showed me a couple different options an When I approached the lot with one of my friends, Chris immediately saw that I was interested in a new car. He showed me a couple different options and then asked what kind of look I wanted, I told him black on black, and he pulled up in a 2014 nissan sentra sv that I fell in love with. The looks, the way it drives, and the gas mileage? It was perfect. Chris made negotiations very smooth and the process wasn't bad at all (which is what I was expecting.) He even bought us jimmy johns while we waited. He even helped with getting my tints set up, got me coffee while I waited, and was nothing but nice. I recommend this dealership not only because of the nice priced/good looking cars, but also the amazing service I recieved. 5 stars all around. THANK YOU CHRIS!! More

The Rogue purchase in 2013. My wife and I were thinking about buying a new Rogue. It was a cold rainy day in April 2013. We were going to drive through the lot not intending to g My wife and I were thinking about buying a new Rogue. It was a cold rainy day in April 2013. We were going to drive through the lot not intending to get put. We did see a car we liked so we got out to our car. Chris Colesworthy came up to us and asked if he could help us. It was near closing time on a Saturday and it was raining hard. My wife asked if he had a red car with a moon roof in stock. He had us come inside and said he would bring the car inside the service entrance so we could see the car inside. He went to the rear of the lot in the heavy rain and got a car. We looked over the car in the garage and my wife really liked it. Due to the time of day and the weather we chose not to test drive the car. We came back Monday morning and drove the car. My wife loved it. Chris was very polite and courteous, he was a pleasure to deal with. I showed Chris an add from another dealer and he was able to beat their price. We bought the car and drove it home that same day. The entire buying experience was enjoyable, no high pressure or tricks. More

Used Car Purchase I called Bommarito Nissan on Saturday April 12, 2014 while searching for a car. I was so fortunate to have spoken with Chris Colesworthy. He never pre I called Bommarito Nissan on Saturday April 12, 2014 while searching for a car. I was so fortunate to have spoken with Chris Colesworthy. He never pressured me but only stated the dealership hours and assured me that Bommarito Nissan definitely had the car I was looking for. He even asked me my name, made small conversation, and gave me his direct line in case I had trouble finding the dealership. At this point....I WAS CONVINCED that this was the car dealer for me. I made my way there on Monday morning and contacted Chris to let him know I was in route. This awesome young man texted me the directions with a map attached so I wouldnt get lost. (AMAZING). When I arrived he showed me nothing but outstanding customer service. I felt like he was my little brother (lol). He had a great sense of humor, made sure my Starbucks coffee cup stayed full, offered me refreshments, snacks, etc. Just a sweet, humble, caring, salesman. But it doesnt stop there. It turned out to be a long day for me because I had driven a rental car to Bommarito & needed to return it to Hertz. I also had to make a stop at my insurance office that day. Chris found the nearest Hertz Rental location, texted me the address & directions, and met me at Hertz to drive me back Bommarito Nissan so I could drive my new car home ! Oh, there's more. I had a rough time with my insurance company and I began to complain about it. Chris strongly recommended I try a different company who offers OUTSTANDING customer service as well. Now I'm over the top happy about my car shopping experience + my NEW insurance company...... all because of CHRIS COLESWORTHY OF BOMMARITO NISSAN. There was no way i could have left Bommarito Nissan before speaking with Tom Bommarito (General Manager) about this awesome, loyal, dedicated, and sweet salesperson by the name of Chris Colesworthy. He is second to none ! I have already began recommending friends/associates to do business with him. Chris treats his customers with care & concern ! And the tin of Chocolate Chip Cookies I received by mail on April 24 as a thank you from the dealership......were absolutley DELICIOUS ! I will NEVER forget this experience...EVER ! More

I have given Bommarito Nissan a top notch 5 star rating. First off, All of the sales staff are very friendly even if they aren't waiting on you, that's a big plus! Second, my salesman Chris Colesworthy was very capable of his duties as a salesman, he showed me the large selection of used Altima's to choose from and then showed me the differences between each one and he let me do the selecting. We then took a couple of cars out for demo rides and he gave me the time to select the one I wanted and then he closed the deal. Great Salesman!! and pleasant all the way! His father Steve Colesworthy the General Sales Manager is one of the very best I've met, very personable, he makes you feel like you're at home, you could not ask for any better! What a pleasure!! Then there's Greg Frasca, he's great and he knows his stuff for his side of the business (all of the finalization of the paperwork and payment). Then you have Lou as the (trade in king) as I would call him, he is great and knows his stuff. These guys are all absolutely great and work together extremely well. All of these guys and the gals that work their are what Mr. Bommarito should be proud of most. Mr. Bommarito, you have assembled an Extremely Great and Powerful Well Oiled Working Machine!!!
