Let me take a few minutes to say thank you Casey BMW for your service taking care of my auto. I am retired and concerned about catching this terrible virus, but your valet service eased my concern. I recently had my complementary annual safety inspection at Casey BMW. My service specialist was very professional, polite and honest. He checked with me on what needed to be done, when it was completed a at Casey BMW. My service specialist was very professional, polite and honest. He checked with me on what needed to be done, when it was completed and would be ready after my car had a complementary car wash and then when it was ready to go. It took more than an hour, but the waiting room is nice: I could easily do social distancing, the bathroom is always clean, outlets for phone and laptops and well stocked with snacks. More

My review is well overdue, since I purchased the vehicle in November 2018. I arrived at Casey BMW and was not expecting to purchase a vehicle. Although I'd never considered to purchase a BMW. I purchased on in November 2018. I arrived at Casey BMW and was not expecting to purchase a vehicle. Although I'd never considered to purchase a BMW. I purchased one, a 2018 BMW. Mr. Joe Hargraves took the time to explain the available options to me. Not once was he pushy. I purchased a good used vehicle which was affordable for my budget. Mr. Joe was administratively efficient and knowledgeable of the vehicle. He even took the time to ensure I knew how to operate the bells and whistles, the BMW was a total upgrade. I felt very much appreciated as a customer and was completely satisfied compared to the other four (4) car dealerships I'd previously visited between the Hampton Roads Area and Alexandria, VA. There were no sales gimmicks or lies. Just great accommodating service and professionalism from start to finish. I'd highly recommend Mr. Joe Hargraves' expertise to anyone in the car buying market. Casey BMW is the dealership to go to. Definitely an "A++++ in my book." More

Airbag and warranty replacements Work done in a timely manner and Casey’s employees were great! I was given a BMW to drive as I live 40 minutes away and it was a two day repair. Reset our maintenance notifications. Chris was very helpful. We came by at the last minute on a Saturday. Pull in the service bay, explained the problem. Service Department Brief history; I recently purchased a new 2018 X5 from a dealer in NC. During my initial washing and waxing notice two back rims had a spots that were Brief history; I recently purchased a new 2018 X5 from a dealer in NC. During my initial washing and waxing notice two back rims had a spots that were dull and not shiny. I contacted the original dealer in NC they said take to my local BMW service department. Having made the appointment online with Mike Lewis, Chris Culp wanted to be notified when I came it. I arrived and their local rim repair technician was onsite and confirmed rims definitely had issues, Chris took picture forward it to his BMW representative which approved full replacement under warranty repair. This all happened in a matter of three hours, rims ordered and within the week all is repaired. Chris and Mike made this feel so seamless, they went above and beyond in the attention and quality of service they gave ti my situation. Compassion and Service beyond normal circumstances I work for a combat unit on Fort Eustis and had turned my BMW in for service awhile back (months). Due to hardships and deployments i was not able to I work for a combat unit on Fort Eustis and had turned my BMW in for service awhile back (months). Due to hardships and deployments i was not able to get my vehicle immediately. Due to the patience and understanding of Mr. Mike Bullis and Mr. Culp, i was finally able to make the final payment and get my car back. I have never seen any dealership with the kind of patience and understanding the Casey BMW has, especially for the military. Thank you very much for your understanding and putting me back on the road with the ultimate driving machine. More

I brought my wife's vehicle in here for service (oil change) and I must admit that initially it did go well. After getting the vehicle back we went straight home and parked the car. Well the next day I change) and I must admit that initially it did go well. After getting the vehicle back we went straight home and parked the car. Well the next day I went out to warm the car up for my wife to leave for work and to my surprise the car was (tapping) loudly something it wasn't doing before I took it in. Thankfully she was able to go to work in one of our other cars but upon them opening I called the dealership and was initially greeted with a little push back that I didn't expect. But nevertheless I pressed on taking it back so that the shop foreman could listen to the vehicle and determine the source of the problem. And I'm pleased to say that the Service Staff went above and beyond to find and fix the problem as well as put to rest any and all concerns I may have had about their commitment to providing great customer care/service! More

A customer's happiness is number 1 at Casey BMW. If anyone in the free world wants a salesman that is very professional and laid back then go see Dan Williams. Once you start talking to him you feel as anyone in the free world wants a salesman that is very professional and laid back then go see Dan Williams. Once you start talking to him you feel as if you've known him all your life. You don't feel like he's a salesman trying to push a car on you but a friend helping you buy a car.
