The fellow that handled the paper work and final money transaction was agreeable but lacked the business details necessary to finish the deal with pe The fellow that handled the paper work and final money transaction was agreeable but lacked the business details necessary to finish the deal with peace of mind. He didn't give us a title to the car or a the finished paper work typed out for our records of the transaction which we still need. This will require an additional trip to the dealership, which seems could have been avoided. Perhaps a little training in public relations would prove helpful. Would like to say management has done a wonderful job with public relations when it comes to the salespeople they are very friendly and helpful. More
