No pressure, no drawn-out process, no feeling like you’re being “sold” something. He listens, communicates, handles what needs to be handled, and keeps everything moving. That kind of customer service is exactly why I felt comfortable coming back to him a second time. This time around, Phil in Finance made the experience even better. Everything was ready, everything was explained, and there were no surprises. From sitting down to finishing the paperwork, I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I don’t think I’ve EVER completed a car transaction that quickly! I know reviews usually focus on the dealership, but I really hope management sees this one and recognizes Cejae personally. Getting someone’s business once is great. Having them willingly come back to you again just four months later says something about how you treat people.
