Hi Caitlyn, Thank you for reaching out. We understand your concerns with your vehicle and take them very seriously. You mentioned that your car was redlining and not moving. Upon inspection, we did not find any drivability issues. We brought your vehicle in right away, checked for diagnostic codes, and none were present. Our shop foreman and service director both personally drove your vehicle on multiple occasions, at various speeds and under different conditions, and were unable to duplicate the concern. We have been communicating with you via text about these issues and have requested that you stop in so we can go for a ride together and try to replicate the problem. We understand you do not wish to do this; however, until we can duplicate the concern, we are unable to move forward with any additional diagnostics. Thank you for your understanding.
