I made a service appointment that included a 30,000 mile check and my final NH inspection. There is good feedback during the process with progress updates and customer input regarding decisions. I opted to replace the tires as a result of the tread wear and stopping distance data. I appreciate the professional attitude of the techs when they are interacting with the car owner. More
