I am just so disappointed with this dealership as well as my vehicle. When I received the notice of recall, I called the dealership to ask for next steps...the girl who answered stated that I could come in a my vehicle. When I received the notice of recall, I called the dealership to ask for next steps...the girl who answered stated that I could come in any time BUT when she failed to say is that it would take a few hours to look at the vehicle. She was technically not wrong, hence knowing before I went would have been more respectful of my time as I went on a lunch break, which is only one hour long. There is a sign on one of the service desks that says, "Stay Calm"...I can see why. The guy next to me was also heated. I used to have a Grand Cherokee 2019. It was beautiful. The computer could not be fixed so I was offered a new lease on a 2022 Grand Cherokee, Special Edition. It drives terrible, I truly hate it and miss my 2019. NO VENTED Seats and I was not aware of this when I leased the new one. I am looking to swap my lease out of this vehicle ASAP. The upon picking up my vehicle, we had to track down an employee as he was blocking me in, making me late for a meeting. More

By far the worst dealership I have dealt with in the past 40 Years of buying cars. 2 years ago I gave a good review but the customer service is the absolute worst as is the service department. Chrysler should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to continue. We towed a month old Rebel in 3 days ago and they aren't even looking at it until next week with no loaner or rental.
