Bryan also helped me with all the details on how to use th truck which was greatly appreciative . I will be buying my nest truck through this dealership . My last truck was a GMC Sierra and this truck drives better and the price was more competitive. You just received a happy customer. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PEOPLE!! SHAME ON THEM! Turned in my vehicle at lease end with the leasing manager Chris Damon. Handed him keys and registration. Received a final bill at lease end for body damages. Reviewed there cameras and see no body damages when dropped off. But saw video footage of them driving the vehicle around the parking lot & still wouldn't assume any liability on their part. They refused to even speak with me about this situation or even care even though I was still a current customer getting ready to turn my next vehicle in and re-leasing in the next couple of months. They were very rude when I called to discuss the matter and continued to switch the call to unanswered voicemails. I filed a claim thru NJ court small claims division and they never showed up at court! Now there is a judgement against them. Very shady operation! This is not how you treat the consumer or a current customer at this point. Very disappointed that a dealership this large would act this way. They lost my business and my family and friends...shame on them!! More
