Horrible experience I have been a customer at this dealership for 15 years and I am appalled at the way I was taken advantage of and disrespected on my last visit. I was I have been a customer at this dealership for 15 years and I am appalled at the way I was taken advantage of and disrespected on my last visit. I was blatently overcharged for my lease. When I returned to discuss the problem, I was told "you shouldn't have signed the lease if you weren't satisfied with the price. Nothing we can do about it now" A few short months into the lease, my battery leaked acid all over and I was stranded. Ended up calling AAA to jump start my Jeep so I could get home, and they told me this absolutely should NOT happen on a car less than 1 year old. After several calls to arrange for a new battery, I brought it to the dealership only to be told "it happens all the time when it gets cold". Words cannot adequately express my disappointment with this dealership. I have recommended numerous family and friends to this dealership before they ripped me off. I can not wait to return this Jeep when the lease is up. It is unfortunate that they felt the need to bamboozle a single mother who works two jobs. I mistakenly assumed because I was a "loyal customer" for 15 years I would have received a fair price. Needless to say, I will never return to this dealership again. More

Great experience of getting into a brand new Jeep! Chris was attentive and very helpful with moving the process along of getting out of and into a new lease. (and a much more luxurious-like model than Chris was attentive and very helpful with moving the process along of getting out of and into a new lease. (and a much more luxurious-like model than my previous one) He explained everything in the SUV that I needed to know about and how to use all the fun gadgets in it. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. Answers all question thoroughly and clearly. After the purchase he went over each feature on the vehicle, bumper to bumper. I would recommend him to any of my friends. In the past, my previous Jeep was serviced at Nielsen and Roland Macha was most helpful and efficient in getting the proper service for the vehicle and having it ready in timely fashion. We went there thinking we would probably pick out a Jeep and probably get it in a few weeks. Chris was so helpful and knowledgeable in answering our questions and showing us exactly what we wanted that we actually traded in my very old Jeep for a decent amount and drove home in the new Cherokee Limited. Chris even got me to understand a good portion of the apps that appear on the screen...no small task. Years ago I would have to wait a couple of weeks to get a new vehicle after signing the paperwork, but Chris and the rest of the staff made it happen within a couple of hours.
