Chris DeWitt fulfilled his promise of finding me a 2017 Honda Accord Spor I am very satisfied with the customer service that Dick Brooks has provided. Chris DeWitt fulfilled his promise of finding me a 2017 Honda Accord Sport manual. Due to limited supply in the black manual, the car was supposed to come straight from the factory and would would take over a month to build and deliver. However, Chris and the inventory manager continued to exercise all their resources and found my car (with less than 10 miles) from a dealership swap in OHIO. It was just a little over 2 weeks and I was driving my new car home. Chris and the rest of the team were great to work with and put no pressure on me as a buyer. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a new vehicle. More

Amazing Buying Expierence We are a family that has trusted on Honda cars since 1978! I went to Dick Brooks Honda to service my Honda Civic like normal. With a baby on the way, We are a family that has trusted on Honda cars since 1978! I went to Dick Brooks Honda to service my Honda Civic like normal. With a baby on the way, we were planning to buy a bigger car this summer. While my car was being serviced, I was checking out what they had and got talking with Chris DeWitt and Steve Rhoades about a brand new 2016 Honda Odyssey Soeacial Edition. For planning purposes we worked out some numbers. I took the numbers home to go over. Chris gave us zero pressure and was patient as I called and stopped by multiple times to talk. His approach to us was whatever was in the best interest for us. If we wanted to wait, then that was fine. Anyways, they gave us an amazing deal from price, trade-in, and financing. They gave us (in the voice of the God Father) "I am going to make them an offer they can't refuse". So we took it on a overnight test drive. We loved it and bought it. The whole process was 5 stars and they made car buying a fun experience! I have bought 2 cars from Dick Brooks and service my cars there. They are the only place I trust my car business!!
