This was our second purchase from Duck Brooks and specifically salesman Jack Locke. Our buying experience was exceptional both times both times. We purchased new vehicles both times but used Jack on specifically salesman Jack Locke. Our buying experience was exceptional both times both times. We purchased new vehicles both times but used Jack on both purchases. Chris at the pre owned lot in Duncan was also easy to work with a very friendly. He is very knowledgeable about the products and did not make us feel pressured at all. We felt like we were treated fairly and received a great deal on our trade in value as well as the purchase price of the new vehicle. There is nothing that we would change about the experience and we will recommend Dick Brooks to anyone looking to buy a new or used Honda product. More

I am a repeat Dick Brooks customer and my experience this time was every bit as satisfying and easy than my first experience, if not more so. I worked with Chris DeWitt, who is the sales agent from whom I b time was every bit as satisfying and easy than my first experience, if not more so. I worked with Chris DeWitt, who is the sales agent from whom I bought our 2013 Honda Fit, and he is great. Everyone I came in contact with at Dick Brooks was top notch. Part of what made it so easy this time, in addition to their super honest and no games attitude, is that they have totally adapted to the pandemic environment. We live in Asheville but, since we knew the car we wanted, we did not have to come into the dealership at all. Our car was delivered to us (and our trade-in driven away) free of charge. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. With almost 45 years of car buying experience from new and used car dealers, my experience with Dick Brooks stands out as the only times that buying a car has been painless. They are uniquely positive in the business. More

Went to look for Crossbars for Pilot. Kelly was very friendly and helpful. Chris and Kelly helped me problem solve and offered for me to return them if I couldn’t find kayak rack to fit. Decided to ha friendly and helpful. Chris and Kelly helped me problem solve and offered for me to return them if I couldn’t find kayak rack to fit. Decided to have them installed and took less then 30 minutes. Great service! More
