Then the rest of the staff joined in the effort to take care of me, the customer. Customer service is obviously their top concern. In the end, the sales department came through. The managers and Chris Drewry, the salesman, did an excellent job of seeing that my new truck was delivered properly and all of the paperwork was done correctly. We poked around, test drove, and ended up buying (through our bank- as Palm is a Direct seller for them). We dealt with three different gentlemen (Thom, Chris, and the smell good finance guy with two little boys)- all of which were stellar in service and fielding all our demands and questions (which believe me there were plenty!) In the end, we got the vehicle we originally wanted with all but one desired option (Tinting the front windows---which you can have done elsewhere cheaper and then they all match). It was our smoothest car buying experience yet! Thank you!!! More
