Great Customer Service We had spent most of the day at another dealership with no luck on an older vehicle with a lot more miles on it. My credit is not the best and it honestly seemed (even though they're ads say "no credit, bad credit" blah blah blah) that they just wanted to send me home. They told me that I should go home and wait for their call because it could take 1-4 hours to get approved for financing (I happen to know that that's false and insisted on waiting it out). We pulled up to Palm Chevrolet after an obviously long and disappointing day and Chris came right to the car when we pulled up and we told him our situation and he took me to the truck that I bought. Extremely attentive and aware of our needs, and wants and put me in a brand new truck. Thank you so much Chris at Palm Chevrolet of Ocala. More

Then the rest of the staff joined in the effort to take care of me, the customer. Customer service is obviously their top concern. In the end, the sales department came through. The managers and Chris Drewry, the salesman, did an excellent job of seeing that my new truck was delivered properly and all of the paperwork was done correctly. Just for a test drive We had not received Full Approval through our bank so we ventured into the dealership to just poke around and test drive a few vehicles. We poked around, test drove, and ended up buying (through our bank- as Palm is a Direct seller for them). We dealt with three different gentlemen (Thom, Chris, and the smell good finance guy with two little boys)- all of which were stellar in service and fielding all our demands and questions (which believe me there were plenty!) In the end, we got the vehicle we originally wanted with all but one desired option (Tinting the front windows---which you can have done elsewhere cheaper and then they all match). It was our smoothest car buying experience yet! Thank you!!! More
