Fantastic experience at Palm Chevrolet in Ocala, Florida I had managed car dealerships and auto auctions for over twenty years before moving to sunny Florida to take it easy, and dreaded walking in to a stra I had managed car dealerships and auto auctions for over twenty years before moving to sunny Florida to take it easy, and dreaded walking in to a strange place to try to make a deal without a big hassle. But there recently arose a need to acquire a new pickup truck, so I stopped into Palm Chevrolet on the way home from getting a haircut to see if I could "make a deal". To be totally honest, they made a better deal than I even asked for! How refreshing! Manager John McMichael opened the door to my purchase by quickly agreeing to the fair deal I proposed, then placed me in the very capable hands of experienced car salesperson Chris Drewry to finish the job. Chris was a true professional, helping me land on the new full-size Chevy truck I wanted, and giving me a great feature presentation as to all the good things the truck had to offer. In less than two hours my inquiry turned into a preliminary agreement on the deal, selection of the perfect vehicle, test driving the truck I settled upon, completing the necessary (but not overpowering) paperwork, paying for the unit, and headed out the door for an early dinner. I am most pleased to highly recommend this dealership and these people in particular to anyone who wants to be treated right and find the vehicle they are looking for. I am a "happy camper", and will certainly look these guys up next time I need another car or truck. More

We have since taken an extended road trip (3200) miles and have to say that this Equinox is one of the most comfortable cars I've ever owned, the ride was great, and the economy was a wonderful improvement over our 2009 Traverse. Chris Drewrys follow up has been well received, and not over bearing, After having purchased a Silverado, and the Traverse from Chris we knew who we wanted to deal with, and he didn't disappoint us. When we brought in our HHR to Palm Chevrolet for service, we had the good fortune to meet Glenn. He was extremely patient, listened to our concerns and explained the service process at Palm. Our car was "worked in" for same day service. Glenn kept us informed every step of the way. Even though our car was long out of warranty, we always returned to Glenn for any service needs. His professionalism was a key reason that when we were ready to buy, we went to Palm Chevrolet. While HHRs were no longer being made, we finally decided on the Captiva.
