Working with Chris was an absolute dream from start to finish! Me and my family were just shopping and looking to see what we wanted to grow into next. Chris took us on such a fun journey with our test dr finish! Me and my family were just shopping and looking to see what we wanted to grow into next. Chris took us on such a fun journey with our test drives. The conversations were great and we ended up trading our vehicle in for a 2019 Tahoe. The process was so smooth and Chris made sure we were taken care of all the way around. The Tahoe is more than we imagined and we even test drove a cadillac first. Chris was so patient and stayed way too late to make sure we were driving away happy. Thanks for taking such great care of my family Chris!! More

The car buying process is something I dread. For that reason I try to stick with the same salesman and dealership. For the past 12 years I have been using Phillips Toyota in Leesburg and using the same salesman. I decided I wanted to buy a Silverado so I wouldn’t be able to stay with my normal dealership. That being said, I wasn’t excited about entering a dealership. Completely unplanned last Saturday I stopped into your dealership while I killed time waiting for my kids to wrap up a party at the Sky Zone next door. I had no real intention of buying and was worried about being bothered by an aggressive sales person. My experience was wonderful. Chris Drewry offered to help me out and gave me a walk around the trucks. I left that day without buying a truck but very interested. Chris knew I was interested and I told him I would think about it and let him know about my decision the next day after I prayed and talked to my wife. The following day Chris called and I told him I wanted to buy the truck. Chris was off duty so he partnered me up with Rick, another great guy who treated me respectfully and not like a “sales target”. They were both great and never tried to sell me. That being said, when I entered the actual “buying” process I suspected it was going to get ugly. I was going to get handed off to the “shark” who was going to make me mad and cause me to walk out like I have done many times. I didn’t think it was possible to buy a new vehicle and not get “sold” or pressured. I am happy to report that I was suspicious for nothing. It was professional all the way and it never got to the negative experience that is so normal at many dealerships. You have a GREAT team and I will surly recommend you to all that I come into contact. Thank you for a great experience. More
