First Class Experience Wife and I researched and found four cars on Palm's Web site. We drove over to take a look. We were met by Chris Drewry and he showed us the four cars Wife and I researched and found four cars on Palm's Web site. We drove over to take a look. We were met by Chris Drewry and he showed us the four cars and asked us some questions. It was narrowed down to two identical cars, different colors. My wife drove the one she liked. There was no high pressure sales pitch. The monthly payment was what my wife wanted and we filled out all of the paperwork. Robert, the finance manager was great, did not push all of the extras and we made the choice we felt we needed. Chris was able to transfer the insurance from my wife's old car on to the new one. The biggest surprise was the fact we were able to drive home with the car that night, all cleaned up and a full tank of gas. Chris spent about 40 minutes explaining all of the controls, etc with us. When I need a vehicle I will go back to Palm. Jim & Nancy Dean More

Ask for Chris Drewry for an awesome experience buying a car! I know it's hard to believe that buying a new car can be fun!!!! But when you have an awesome, low pressure salesman it can be. When he delivered the car to me, he showed me how everything works, set up my phone with the car and set up Onstar for me also!!
