They are always very efficient there. Their website makes it easy to make, change or cancel an appointment. It's a very clean environment they have there except the newspaper in the table was over a week old. The restrooms are clean . I like the fact that they give you a choice to towel dry or air dry. I like the fact that they keep you updated on what's happening and approximately how long it will be.One thing that stands out and I really do appreciate this and I notice he is the only one that does this is Doug never asks me if I want my suv washed. He just automatically does it and let's me know it's in wash now and will be ready soon. More
