Worst Car Buying Experience Ever This was a long distance purchase and I specifically asked the sales person (verbally and in writing) to go over the car with a very critical eye and This was a long distance purchase and I specifically asked the sales person (verbally and in writing) to go over the car with a very critical eye and fine tooth comb to list any damage on the car. I was told there were two small dents that would be fixed. After agreeing to a price and making a deposit I flew to Alexandria to personally inspect the vehicle. I discovered many visible scratches, door edge chips and dents. I felt I was a hostage to the situation as I would have incurred additional expense to get home. They told me $500 would cover having the damage fixed and took that off the price. Imagine my shock and surprise when I received a $3,000 estimate from my local dealer to fix the damage. The sales manager refused to do anything further and they stopped responding to my messages. Had I realized the extent of the damage I would not have completed this transaction. I should have insisted on an estimate right then to fix the damage and I should have just said no. Lesson learned the hard way. More

Their staff is knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant to deal with. We purchased both vehicles via Rick Waqas, Kim Mosley / Dan Kuykendall, and Chris Eader. Rick guided us through the purchase and was always there to ensure every detail was addressed and resolved to our satisfaction. Both my fiancee & I are very detail oriented (and selective) so that was no small feat. Our most recent purchase was a Cadillac SRX (SUV) and I highly recommend them. It's a great vehicle and we've received many compliments from people that have seen and traveled in it. It's stylish, well-built, and performs well. I'm very comfortable referring my friends and family (and anyone else) to this staff & dealership. They have provided an excellent value and sales experience on each of the two vehicles that we purchased from them. I really like the SRX that we just purchased and I'm planning on buying another one from them for myself in the near future. First Class Dealership I cant say enough about these guys. Josh Levy went above and beyond for me and made my buying experience great. Kim Mosley went all the way through the financing part of the transaction and then received a late email from a bank with a little lower rate. Instead of ignoring it and being lazy, he completely started over without me asking him too just to save me some money. Last but not least, as I was leaving the Dealership, I noticed my vehicle only came with one key and remote. I think Josh realized my disappointment and went inside to talk with sales manager Chris Eader. Chris told me to order one from a local dealer where I lived and he would reimburse me. I did just that and sent Chris a copy of the receipt and received an reimbursement check a few days later. My wife called me crazy for driving three hours to this dealership, however it ended up being a great decision. I would do it again in a second just to deal with these guys again.
