We bought a new BMW from this dealership. Chris Eck was our salesperson. Chris was knowledgeable, professional, and never pressured us to do anything. After test driving and asking some Chris Eck was our salesperson. Chris was knowledgeable, professional, and never pressured us to do anything. After test driving and asking some basic questions, we left because they did not have the car we wanted. The next day, Chris called us and told us they had found what we were looking for. We finished the negotiation that day over the phone. Even trading a car, we believe the deal was fair, and we are happy with our purchase. The final purchase was painless, and Bella did a great job of training us on all of the technology in the car and answering our questions. I recommend this dealership, and Chris Eck and Bella, for anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned BMW. More
