My experience at BMW of Sarasota started off very professionally, but unfortunately it ended with a disappointing customer service experience. After purchasing a vehicle for nearly $40,000, I was professionally, but unfortunately it ended with a disappointing customer service experience. After purchasing a vehicle for nearly $40,000, I was provided with only one key fob. I believe that when someone makes that kind of investment, they should receive both original key fobs. I wasn't informed about the missing key until the paperwork was complete and I was on my way out. After I left my original review, BMW responded publicly asking me to contact them. I emailed them as requested, but no one ever followed up or made any effort to resolve the issue. It feels like the response was made only for public appearance rather than to actually help the customer. I'm still willing to update my review if BMW provides the second key fob that should have come with the vehicle. Until then, I can't honestly give a higher rating because the issue remains unresolved and the lack of follow-up has been disappointing. More

The salesman was good, but it took me 4 hrs to buy a car. That’s way too long. The salesman said the people washing and detailing the car were backed up. I would have rather left with a dirty car and paid for it to be cleaned myself than waited 3 hrs for that. If the dealership knows they are going to be busy on a Saturday, they should hire more people to work in the car wash. The long wait is unacceptable for a luxury car dealership. I doubt it would take 4 hrs to buy a Chevrolet or a Kia. More
