The WORST experience I've had dealing with cars and pretty much ever! The new system you have is not efficient and it basically scammed me into getting tires that I didn't ask for. I came in for an pretty much ever! The new system you have is not efficient and it basically scammed me into getting tires that I didn't ask for. I came in for an oil change and approved it for $91 and left paying over $800 because the technician said I order tires which didn't show up on the final price on your inspection link but somehow he said I ordered it. My appointment was at 11:15am and no one called to tell me my car was finished until I called to check at almost 5:30pm. Six hours for an oil change and apparently tires. I'm never coming back here and I'm telling everyone how terrible you guys are! More
