Great customer service Wow! I am currently driving a new 2017 X5 from BMW of Cincinnati North. This is my third BMW from this dealership. In the past, I purchased an X3; mos Wow! I am currently driving a new 2017 X5 from BMW of Cincinnati North. This is my third BMW from this dealership. In the past, I purchased an X3; most recently, I have leased two X5s. I love the X5! It’s the perfect size for my needs. I rely on the safety features as well as the vehicle’s outstanding performance. The look and size of the car has kept me coming back to it. While the car is outstanding, the primary reason I return to this dealership is working with Clay Moorhead, Internet Sales Manager. I found Clay to be friendly, knowledgeable and honest in his dealings with me. He has great patience, as I tend to ask a lot of questions. Clay spent a good deal of time with me when I bought my first X3. When I was ready for the next step up, Clay guided me through my options. I took a loaner X5 for the weekend and was sold on it! Clay is more than a sales manager to me, he’s become a trusted friend. I will continue to work with him in the future. My brother has also purchased 2 BMWs from Clay – we think he’s great! I also want to give a “shout out” to all the staff I encounter when I am at the dealership. Everyone in the service department is very polite and friendly. The two Chris’s in the department are welcoming and personable. The customer service is outstanding. Thanks guys! I appreciate all you do. Service I had a great experience with the service department although I am disappointed with the change to no longer give loaner vehicles for shorter service I had a great experience with the service department although I am disappointed with the change to no longer give loaner vehicles for shorter service appointments. One of the reasons I have kept coming to BMW of Cincinnati North was the policy of giving vehicles while my BMW was being serviced no matter how long the appointment. This was extremely convenient for me and allowed to me to drop my vehicle off without missing time from work. I cannot afford to wait one or two hours for my BMW to be serviced and am extremely disappointed in this new policy. I hope this policy will be revisited as I feel this is penalizing loyal customers like myself who did not abuse the use of loaner vehicles. More

I recently decided to buy out my current lease and he made the process simple and quick. It doesn't matter how many questions I have (a lot), he is patient and responsive.
