Went in for regular maintenance. Upon entrance, staff was friendly and helpful. Dana Eby is always very friendly and professional as she prepares the service documents. In waiting for my service at the lounge area, Chris Freeman noticed I was using a high top table for my computer work and stopped to show me where a potential plug was for power. The power strip did not have the 3 prongs for plug-in so he went to find another power strip for my use. It ended up he went to the store to by an adapter for me as there was not one available. What GREAT customer service. Always enjoy the kindness extended to me upon my service visits. More
