Have worked in multiple areas of the dealership from service to management with the knowledge to help my staff. In my spare time work with my community in NKC with volunteer work and Boy Scouts. My car buying experience was ok. I saw the car online, someone from online sales reached out to me and set up an appointment. I arrived a few minutes prior to our meeting time, only I saw the car online, someone from online sales reached out to me and set up an appointment. I arrived a few minutes prior to our meeting time, only to find out that she was gone for the day. Chris took over and worked with me to get paperwork completed. Chris was very informative and pleasant. I gave him a time that I'd return the next day to pick up my car, and he let me know the car would be detailed and ready for me, and it was. My only issue was the next day after inquiring about adding GAP insurance, I was told that I couldn't add it due to how my contract was written. I even asked about paying without it being added to my car loan but was again told I couldn't due to contract being finalized. However after speaking with my finance company, they told me that I could in fact add it and only a simple modification was needed since the loan hadn't been funded. I called back and was told someone would call me back and I've yet to hear back. More

What a great group of people at this Dealership. We had nothing but a great experience. We dealt with other Dealerships but didn’t feel they really wanted our business. Woods definitely worked with us and gave us great deals. We had gone to the Dealership to purchase a 2024 Frontier. We ended up also purchasing a 2024 Rogue SV. We were given such great deals on both vehicles and the Woods Warranty was great. The service from this Dealership is like no other that we have dealt with. Stephen, Eric, Chris, Riley and the rest of the staff are the best. We have recommended Woods to family, friends and strangers. Woods will be the only Dealership that we will deal with. More
