I didn't use the service center. I bought a used car from Tomes (2020 Yukon) and was a little disappointed because it only came with one skanky old key fob, no mats, and the tailgat I bought a used car from Tomes (2020 Yukon) and was a little disappointed because it only came with one skanky old key fob, no mats, and the tailgate still isn't working. They did give me a GMC key fob that had been used, but it was locked and I had to buy another one to be programmed. I do like the car and the sales person was very nice, but for a $44k spend I should have gotten floor mats, 2 keys, and a tailgate that worked. More
