Service Advisor was very nice and informative. HOWEVER, I was very disappointed to hear there is nothing the dealership can do to fix the back-up camera on my new Murano. It is very dark and alm HOWEVER, I was very disappointed to hear there is nothing the dealership can do to fix the back-up camera on my new Murano. It is very dark and almost impossible to see what is behind me. I have been driving Nissan’s for many years and never had any problem's. My husband and I have bought several cars from Beck over the years and have been treated very well. Thank you for the opportunity to express my disappointment . More
